About Razzter
Razzter.com is a micro design and manufacturing business located in Maryland, USA. I create interesting or useful 3D-printed accessories for the Ford Fiesta ST that I design and produce in my spare time, and I design and manufacture parts and products for other small businesses.
Everything here is designed with attention to functionality, fit, and finish. They are manufactured by me in my home workshop using additive manufacturing (3D printing), an affordable and fun way to make cool things.
I started producing designs accessories for the Ford Fiesta ST that I found useful or fun in the beginning of 2018 and posting them for sale on FiestaSTForum.com. Since then I’ve continued to work on new items based on suggestions from the community and whatever neat ideas come to mind.

Warranty and Returns
I guarantee the durability and fitment of my items and will send a free replacement (just cover shipping) for any failures under normal use. Materials may get soft and deform when exposed to temperatures above 150 °F. Any questions or feedback don’t hesitate to contact me.
QUALITY: Products are 3D-printed, so visible textures and minor imperfections are a natural part of the process. These do not significantly affect the appearance or functionality.
COMPATIBILITY: These products are designed for the Ford Fiesta and Ford Fiesta ST 6th Gen Mark VI (US) or 7th Gen MK VII (UK) models from 2008 to 2019. Compatibility may vary based on trim and market region. Buyers should carefully review the product photos and confirm compatibility with their vehicle before purchasing. Razzter is not responsible for buyers failure to carefully review product photos and description before purchasing.
RETURNS: Returns are accepted within 14 days, minus $7 shipping and handling cost. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
CANCELLATIONS: Must be requested before the order has shipped.
Payment
Payments can be made with Credit Card (AmEx, Discover, Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal balance. Charges will show as “Michael Alexander, LLC”
Shipping
My order processing time is about 2-6 days and USPS shipping time is another 3-4 days within the US.
Shipping is a flat $7 within the US, $19 to Canada, and $25 for everywhere else. All items ship from Maryland, USA.
Materials
All Razzter products are 3d printed with either PETG, ABS, or ASA, depending on the design and use of the product. Each product page indicates which material(s) are used. PETG (Polyethylene terephthalate glycol) is a printable plastic similar to that used for water bottles and other commercial products that can withstand hot car temperatures up to 150°. ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is commonly used in automotive parts and toys such as Lego® and can withstand car temperatures exceeding 210°F. ASA (Acrylonitrile styrene acrylate) has similar properties to ABS and may also be used in place of ABS. I do not use PLA (poly lactic acid) as this is not a sufficiently durable material for my products.
