Pedal Cover Installation

  1. Slide the driver seat all the way back to make installation easier.
  2. Prepare the Pedal Cover for installation by using the included hex wrench to unscrew the two screws just enough for the screw ends to be flush with the two nuts and not protruding. The screw ends must be flush with the nuts and the nuts seated fully into the plastic of the Pedal Cover.
  3. Slide the Pedal Cover over the right side of the accelerator pedal.
  4. Push down firmly onto the left side of the Pedal Cover until it snaps into place.
  5. Use the included hex wrench to tighten down the two screws until tight. Do not overtighten the screws.
  6. Push and pull on the Pedal Cover to ensure it is secure and installed properly.
Unscrew the two screws until the ends are flush with the nuts so that the Pedal Cover can be placed over the accelerator pedal.
Slide the Pedal Cover over, press to snap into place, and then secure the screws until tight.

Pedal Spacer Installation

Tools Needed: (1.) Ratchet Socket Wrench, (2.) 13mm Deep Socket, and (3.) 6″ Socket Extension

Steps
  1. Slide the driver seat all the way back to make installation easier.
  2. Unscrew the two 13mm nuts. Take care not to drop and loose the nuts.
  3. Lift the accelerator pedal assembly off of the two studs and push to the side.
  4. Insert the Razzter Pedal Spacer over the two studs.
  5. Slide the accelerator pedal assembly over the studs.
  6. Carefully re-attach the two nuts over the studs.
  7. Tighten the nuts with the socket wrench. Do not over tighten or this may crack the plastic.
  8. Check that the pedal assembly base does not wiggle. The pedal and pedal stem may wiggle, but the base of the assembly should not. Tighten nuts further if necessary.
  9. Ever now and then, check that the pedal assembly is secure, tight, and the pedal spacer is not damaged. If damaged, uninstall the pedal spacer from the vehicle.
